Just a group of people that believe we need to say nice things to each other and give you tools to do it.

Far too often people don't hear about the IMPACT they've had on the lives of those around them. Things typically aren't said until the funeral. We want to change that by giving you a way to collect notes and memories for your loved ones. We'll put them all together in a beautiful keepsake book for you to surprise some of your favorite people, and tell them just how much they mean to you.

Thanksgiving is a day many of us will be gathering around the table with our family or chosen family. For some, the day is one of our favorite days of the year. For others, it is an incredibly triggering day. And some fall somewhere between the two ends of the spectrum.

I'm a firm believer in recognizing our role in life and handling that role the best we can. With that in mind, I wanted to send some encouragement to you. The holidays are some of the best opportunities for us to help us carry this movement of telling others they matter forward.

Tell people they matter to you every opportunity you get tomorrow and through the rest of the season. Use the day that's intention is gratitude to show gratitude to those around you. Here are a few ideas you can practice:

❤️ Send a text to everyone you can think of (individually) and tell them one reason you're grateful for them.

❤️ If you are gathering with people, be sure to tell them you love them and are grateful for them.

❤️ If someone is hosting you, help with clean up, and let them know how much you appreciate the space to gather.

❤️ Think of someone you know that may be having a hard time during this season. Send them a message and tell them that you're thinking of them and that you're grateful to know them.

❤️ If you notice someone is overwhelmed or on the outside of the group, take time to let them know that you see them and you're happy they've made the effort to come.

Make tomorrow better for people. Show up for the people you love.

And in case you need to hear this, I just want to tell you how incredible you are. Thank you for being here. Thank you for being a part of this mission of telling others they matter.

Who needs this reminder today?Whether your week is off to an incredible start or the opposite in every way, wanted to remind you that you are delightfully
human. You are going to mess up sometimes, and some mess-ups will be worse than others. But one beauty of life is our option to choose what we're going to learn from our mistakes and how we're going to continue on.

I've written some affirmations for you to speak out loud today. Whatever affirmation(s) you need, I hope you can read it a little
slower and let it sink into your heart:

I am valued.

I am not a mistake.

I am worthy of love.

I am important.

My story matters.

It is not hopeless.

I have purpose.

Mother's Day is coming! We want to help you give one of the BEST gifts Mom will ever receive.Have you ever been at Target roaming the Mother’s Day cards and feel like it all just falls flat? This year, you can make mom an IMPACT Book. An IMPACT Book is a personalized compilation of notes and memories that we tag-team to create together.

We have a system in place, including three key questions to ask:
1) What is your favorite memory with (Mom's name)?
2) How has (Mom) impacted your life?
How has (Mom) helped you?

After you order, you get you a specific link that you send out to all the special people in Mom’s life and they can submit their answers through an easy-to-use system online. This is a powerful way to really show mom how much she matters to not just you, but so many other people.

If you want to do this on a budget and limit the responses, we also offer a Mini IMPACT book that allows 20 submissions and 5 photos in a softcover format. This is great if you’re looking for a smaller, but still moving, way to help Mom see her impact visually.

Oooook though. This melts my heart. Knowing there are kids who love our store so much they’d work there for free means we’re doing our job!

I hear a LOT that our store just feels so “joyful,” “peaceful,” “uplifting,” and somewhere that people just walk in and can take a deep breath and exist. And that is ALL to the credit of Christine.

Looking for a way to improve your emotional and mental health? We know of one thing that can help! Journaling is an excellent tool for maintaining mental health. Here are a few reasons why:

1) Journaling is an excellent way to keep track of your thoughts and feelings.
2) Journaling helps to identify patterns in your thinking, feelings, and behavior which can be helpful in understanding yourself better.
3) Journaling can be a great way to express your emotions in a healthy and safe way.
4) Journaling can help to increase your self-awareness and provide an outlet for creative expression.

Ultimately, it can be a great way to reduce stress and improve your overall mental health. It certainly doesn't take place of a professional or even that of a best friend, but it is definitely a space to process and express what is going on in your head.
