🚨 URGENT INFANT FORMULA RECALL & HEALTH ALERT! 🚨

A multistate outbreak of infant botulism, including one case in Minnesota, has been linked to ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula.

IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED:

CHECK YOUR FORMULA: Two specific lots of ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula are recalled (see image/comments for details).

DO NOT USE: If you have the recalled lots (206VABP/251261P2 or 206VABP/251131P2 with "Use by 01 Dec 2026"), throw it away or return it.

WATCH FOR SYMPTOMS: Infant botulism can cause difficulty feeding, weak cry, and loss of head control. Seek immediate medical attention if your infant has consumed this formula and shows symptoms.

Though rare, botulism is serious. This recall does not impact the general infant formula supply.
