The Sebeka and Menahga Backpack Program, which provides essential weekend nutrition for approximately 200 students in Menahga Public School and Sebeka Public School PreK-12, recently received a $2,000 donation from Robert and Sandie Nelson. Program coordinators Christa Palubicki and Kim Rife (pictured) accepted the significant contribution, which helps sustain the program's mission to combat childhood hunger, ensuring students have access to meals when school is not in session.
