Ever notice you get agitated when another parent posts something about feeding on their social media? She's not trying to judge you. But maybe you're judging yourself?

Think about what feelings might be hiding underneath that agitation... even if you know you're making the right choice for your family, it's ok to have more than one emotion about things.

You can make the right decision, and still be sad.
You can make the tough decision, and be disappointed.
You can make the decision, and be relieved.

There are so many conflicting emotions in parenthood. And that's ok.
