"Loving Yourself in 2026"
This year let’s step into the energy of loving ourselves. As a community, experience a transformative practice of somatic healing focused on releasing negative beliefs stored in the body that are holding you back from living a life you love. You will walk away with your nervous system reset; feeling refreshed and renewed.

Workshop led by Licensed Professional Counselor Elle Knippen who is certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Reiki, and trained in EMDR.

This will be a gentle, meditative movement practice. All levels welcome.

Preston Klik's Ocean Of Devotion GONG MEDITATION is a gentle-but-dynamic, 90-minute (including talking) acoustic journey, often very quiet, but at times powerfully intense. Preston plays a 36-inch OCEAN GONG, plus Native flute, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, mondolina, ocean & frame drums, chimes, etc. His "portable temple" is surrounded by candles. This richly cinematic musical odyssey-meditation is as beautiful to the eye as it is to the ear, heart, body, mind, and spirit.

We celebrate the Winter Solstice by slowing down, being in deep reflection, and nurturing the stillness and space within us as we transition from one year into the next.

We create stillness to turn inward and harmonize with our truth. When we do, we begin to make conscious choices that are in alignment with our highest selves.
We feel more creative and connected to our intuition as we experience more energy to nurture the relationships/projects/potentials that we so deeply crave to bring to life.

Most importantly, we honor this sacred pause and trust the essential timing of things.
We surrender into the now and the deep knowing that this stillness is where our creativity for the next chapter lies. But we don't have to do anything about it! Instead we surrender fully, express gratitude, trust, and just BE. Yes, we’re allowed to just be.

Join us as we gently move our bodies in gratitude. Then we’ll reflect on the year while sharing some delicious, non alcoholic glögg together.

Let’s embrace this powerful night of darkness and beauty together.

Manifesting Magic 11/14/2025

Magic was definitely manifested. Thank you so much to everyone that came and was a part of the co-collaboration of this beautiful, spiritual event.

We meditated. We journaled. We blew out the fires that were burning away our potential growth. We set new intentions and drank them in so they were moving through us as we flowed through the physical practice. We painted ourselves to signify decorating the temple of our bodies. We breathed into higher consciousness. We melted into the support of the earth as we received the healing sounds and let the rhythm of our heartbeats and the universe vibrate through us.

So much gratitude to and for being the spirit guides 🙏
