The South Asian Cardiovascular Center at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is the first center of its kind in the Midwest designed to serve the South Asian community through a unique combination of community outreach, culturally sensitive advanced clinical services, and research. The aim of the center is to educate, screen, prevent, and treat South Asians for their high risk of cardiac disease.

The South Asian Cardiovascular Center (SACC) at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital wishes you a Happy Diwali! We're bringing you our Rangoli and lamp display to brighten your day. Lighten your day by taking a walk to the wall of light on the first floor to witness the colorful Rangoli display. This display will be available till the end of October, don’t miss it.

Diwali is the time for South Asians to celebrate the festival of lights. Colorful Rangolis decorated with lamps continue to be a part of Diwali celebrations in many households. The celebration does not stop with this, there will be Diwali sweets and flyers distributed on Oct 28th and Nov 1st at the top deck cafeteria. We wish you all a very happy and healthy Diwali! 🪔
