Have Dreams Since 1996, Have Dreams has recognized the unmet needs of individuals living with Autism.

Have Dreams’ mission is to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn, function independently and socialize so that they may realize their full potential and develop into contributing members of their communities. With locations in Park Ridge and Evanston, Illinois, Have Dreams serves individuals and families in Chicago and the Chicago suburbs.

Have Dreams Academy (HDA) is a workforce training program for neurodivergent young adults. Through our autism-specific curriculum, combined with a hands-on internship, each participant will build the soft skills needed to prepare them for work in the competitive job market. Our team is focused on helping each participant develop, understand and implement crucial social skills during their internship. The goal for each intern is to gain confidence and develop transferable soft skills needed to be successful in any competitive work environment.

Do you feel like you're overwhelmed with paper? Have Dreams is looking for clean shredding materials! Paper shredding is a job that helps our Life SCILS adults increase stamina and independence, which is so important for being successful in a workplace. The shredding meets each individual where they are!
