Beautiful Memory Bears from our team in MA! That’s a real pocket on the plaid bear! Memory Bears are made from a patient’s favorite clothes, blanket, uniform, etc. and given to loved ones. They’re sewn by clearly talented volunteers and funded by Seasons Hospice Foundation. 🧸🩵

Camp Kangaroo is a free bereavement camp funded through the Seasons Hospice Foundation for minors who have experienced the death of a loved one.

Camp Kangaroo Illinois welcomed over 30 campers for a learning and healing weekend. Pet therapy, legacy projects, singing and dancing and even some outdoor fun made for a successful weekend.
