Providing physical and mental health visits for all students in District 207! We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day doesn't have to be about coupled love — it can be a lavish celebration of the self instead. Here are a few things you can do to make the best of Valentine’s Day!

❤️ Write yourself a love letter - This is the perfect time to fall in love with yourself and all of your accomplishments and future aspirations!

❤️ Take a break from social media - Take at least a 24-hour break from scrolling social media, or at least be mindful of your scrolling.

❤️ Spread the love! - Buy some inexpensive flowers at Walmart or another local store and deliver them to a nursing home, friends, church members, etc.

❤️ Use this time to connect with your single friends - Use this time to connect with your single friends.

Today, January 25th, we recognize those who go through leprosy, a curable bacterial infection that affects the skin and nerves but can be treated with antibiotics. We aim to increase the public awareness of leprosy (or Hansen's Disease.)

January is Thyroid Awareness Month, a month dedicated to recognize those who struggle with thyroid complications. Symptoms may include weight gain, constipation, brittle hair, or extreme fatigue. Thyroid hormones control our metabolism, energy levels, and heart rate. Let this be a time where we recognize and fund testing and treatments to those who need it.
