Listen more than you talk. Be honest, even when it means saying no. Take the time to explain why, not just what. And remember that the person sitting in your chair is a human, not a transaction.

Yes, skill matters. Safety matters. Professionalism matters. Do the work to be the absolute best.
 But what patients remember most is how you made them feel.

There will always be other talented providers. 
More often than not, the reason patients come back isn’t just the treatment,it’s the relationship.

And that’s something no injector, device, or trend can replace.
