When talking about the human frame there is no more essential part than the spine. It is literally the center and core of what and who we are!

Everything that goes from your brain to your body must pass through your spine. It has been called the conduit of life!

If there are joints that aren’t moving correctly (subluxations) it can chase other problems to develop such as digestion, head aches, sleep issues,etc.

Getting your spine adjusted regularly by a chiropractor is one of the easiest ways to keep you feeling healthy and young!

Just this past Monday I got adjusted which is usually a regular occurrence for me. Sometimes life gets demanding and we slip on doing the things that fill our cup.

I slowly found myself reaching for the not-so-good habits that at times got us through the tough times. The world started to feel overwhelming and darker. I noticed the things that light me up didn’t seem to cheer me up.

That’s the irony! I literally have a conversation daily with people about how stress diminishes their ability to thrive in the world. There is a way to release LOADS of stress in a moment.

So I received my chiropractic adjustment. In a moment I felt lighter, happier, more emotional! My bandwidth for my life just expanded. It felt like the clouds parted and everything will workout.

The cup is filled! 🫖

If all you're operating with is your mind, all it takes to fool you is a really good story.

We MUST learn to use ALL of our being to access information. Learn to tap into your heart, gut, ge****ls, bones and blood. God created a holographic universe which means information can be accessed anywhere through anything. As above so below.

Do you feel like you're being compressed and squeezed into a new system?! Well if you're being compressed I implore you to expand. If everything and everyone is going in one direction that means there is MORE availability elsewhere.

Lean into spirit! It's been waiting for you to grow and initiate first contact. Those that have a spiritual path through prayer and meditation know what I mean. These times have been teeming with insight, availability, downloads and intuition.

Just one of the reasons I fell in love with chiropractic is that it helped me heal from seasonal allergies that were so bad it would induce asthma. Let me share!

I was in my mid 20s. After going to a few doctors including an allergist I was simply given a bag full of drugs (anti histamines, inhalers and steroids) and told to live with it or go through a 6 months procedure of injections of various allergens that MIGHT help. I didn't align with either choice.

A couple years later I had a slip and fall accident that landed me to my first chiro. She explained how my back (vertebral column) was directly related with the nervous system. I was in back pain, couldn't train at the gym anymore and had sciatica that would keep me up at night. Needless to say I took her up on it!

After going through quality chiropractic care, that next spring my allergies were 80% better. No more drugs, inhalers, and steroids. See, no one else looked at how my body worked as a whole. They just tried to mask symptoms. Chiro got to the root. There was 26 years of trauma causing interference in my nervous system.
