It makes you strong, fast, and hard to beat.
Women don’t have the hormone levels to “bulk up” the way people think.
What lifting really does is build stability, power, and confidence — the kind that keeps athletes healthy and explosive all season!
Strong muscles protect joints. They prevent injuries. They give athletes the edge every coach wants to see.
So instead of worrying about getting “too big,”
let’s start focusing on getting too strong to sit out.
