Park River Ambulance Service is a Voluntary Ambulance Service Located in North Central Walsh County. We serve the communities of Park River, Pisek, Conway, Fordville, Lankin, Edinburg, Adams, Hoople and Gardar.

If you must travel tonight or tomorrow, please ensure you have a winter survival kit and allocate at least twice the amount of time you would typically need. The highways are extremely hazardous due to ice and ongoing rain. Be aware that rescue crews will require a considerable amount of time to respond if needed. Please prioritize your safety and that of emergency crews by staying in.

Emt class on 11/20/25 is cancelled. I have strep throat. We will resume on Monday 11/24/25 at 6 PM. If anybody is still interested in coming to find out what it’s about, you are more than welcome to. We’re still waiting on books so the course is in a holding pattern.
