This week is National EMS Week, and at FCHC, we are incredibly thankful for the EMS professionals who serve our communities with courage, compassion, and dedication every single day.

This year’s theme, “Improving Outcomes, Together,” highlights the strong teamwork between EMS crews, healthcare providers, hospitals, and communities — all working together to provide the best possible care when it matters most.

From emergency response and lifesaving care to community education and support, our local EMS teams are always ready to answer the call — day or night.

Thank you to the Park River EMS crew, our surrounding local EMS teams, and all who serve our communities. Your commitment, teamwork, and selfless service make a difference every day, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

After over a year and a half of hard work in speech therapy, Eleanor is officially a speech graduate! She consistently practiced her speech sounds both in and outside of therapy and has mastered her goals.

As we wrapped up National Hospital Week last week at First Care Health Center, we continued the celebration with more fun and appreciation for the people who make “Healing Happens Here” every day and night!

Providers and staff enjoyed a lunch, an afternoon sundae ice cream bar, and Saturday’s annual Employee Appreciation Night as part of the week's festivities — an annual tradition dedicated to celebrating our providers, staff, and board members.

THANK YOU to our entire FCHC team for your compassion, dedication, teamwork, and commitment to those we serve. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!

Today, we’re celebrating National Speech-Language Pathologist Day and giving a BIG shoutout to our incredibly creative, super cool, and compassionate SLP, Megan Osowski Suda!

Megan works with patients of all ages, helping individuals strengthen communication, speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and so much more. Whether she’s making therapy fun and engaging for children or helping adults regain confidence and independence, she brings patience, encouragement, and creativity into every interaction.

Her dedication and personalized approach make a meaningful impact on the lives of so many patients and families throughout our communities. We are grateful for the care, knowledge, and heart she shares each and every day at FCHC.
