We were happy to welcome Emersen to FCHC for a Student Job Shadow Experience through North Valley Career & Technology Center recently with our Rehab Services Team!

🔍 Career exploration in action!
Emersen spent time at First Care Health Center exploring the world of physical therapy. She observed patients working through shoulder and knee exercises and even saw how progress is measured through strength testing. 💪 She learned how different muscles support different movements and enjoyed seeing patients improve their mobility. It was a great experience!

WOO HOO... Giving Hearts Day 2026 was INCREDIBLE + RECORD-BREAKING!!

With a very, very grateful heart and on behalf of all of us at FCHC, we would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone that contributed to our 19th annual Giving Hearts Day.

$143,676 was raised to help us enhance privacy in the Emergency Department with the addition of another bathroom and enhance comfort while upgrading furniture in patient and Infusion Center rooms. What an impact!

We couldn't have done it without your help and are truly blessed to have your continued support to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
