Do you know how to conquer “SWELL HELL” after plastic surgery/ cosmetic surgery?

Lymphatic drainage is your recovery MVP—scheduling treatments 2-4 times a week, especially in those critical first 2-6 weeks, is CLUTCH for tackling swelling, boosting circulation, and flushing toxins.

Start 24-72 hours post-op (or as your surgeon advises—always follow their orders!) with a certified aftercare practitioner to keep your healing game point and your mental healing on track as well.

Chug water like a champ, keep incisions pristine, and load up on protein and vitamin-packed foods.

Skip heavy workouts until your Doc says it’s okay, watch for redness or fever, and call your doc if anything’s off.

Those Scars? Hit ‘em with silicone gel and Scar Cream but always make sure you ALWAYS check with the Doc first before applying.
