Cherry tomatoes & onion delivery this morning. They will be used for pizza toppings and salads at Invictus Pizza Kitchen. All produce is chemical free, non GMO and grown locally at Valley View farm & Garden! Go get some of the best pizza in Sioux falls with fresh garden produce. Supporting them supports local veggie farmers.

Last night I harvested garlic scapes. What is a garlic scapes? It the part if the garlic that produces a flower. These are edible and make great pesto and can be added to dishes to get that garlic flavor. Try adding it to butter for garlic bread or bake it in some bread itself.
