Metta is the ancient Buddhist practice of extending unconditional love, first toward ourselves, then outward toward others.
It’s a meditation that helps us meet life with a more spacious, compassionate heart.
Metta meditation has been shown to:

✨ Strengthen connection to self and others
Today’s session includes grounding, breathwork, a heart centered mudra, and a full guided Metta meditation.
