Help us celebrate 3 years with Occupational Therapist, Allie Engeldinger! Here’s what Allie had to say about her Square Peg journey so far:

“I love working in the home health pediatrics because there is truly something new to learn everyday. I get to meet my patients where they are at, quite literally, and support kids across environments (schools, daycares, at home, in the community). This past year I was able to complete my endorsement as an Early Childhood Family Specialist, with an emphasis on childhood mental health and I’m able to apply those principles everyday while working with the families I serve. I get to do this alongside some of the best practitioners, and I feel super lucky to have the team of OT’s, PT’s, and ST’s that we have at Square Peg. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for this next year!"

Help us celebrate 4 years with Speech Therapy Director, Elizabeth Vrieze! Here’s what Elizabeth had to say about her Square Peg journey so far:

“One of the best parts of being a pediatric therapist is getting to celebrate patients' milestones as they grow! I recently had a couple of patients reach their speech goals and graduate from therapy! We celebrated by decorating a graduation certificate together. Smaller milestones, like saying "mama" for the first time or activating a bubble machine with a new switch, are just as rewarding for me as they are for the families I serve."
