All Out for breast cancer awareness. 💕🧡
Four years ago, Heather R. walked into OTF for the first time, and what started as a workout quickly became something more — a second family, a support system, and a source of strength.
At only 38 years old, Heather received a breast cancer diagnosis and underwent a double mastectomy. Because she chose surgery, she was able to bypass chemo and radiation — but her journey was far from easy.
"I will say that one of the first things that crossed my mind was how long I would have to take off from OTF. When I got back, I was super nervous and had no idea what I could and couldn't do. The coaches were amazing and gave me alternatives. I shed a lot of tears those first several classes after realizing my body was different now. The coaches were very attentive and encouraging when I was feeling defeated." But she found her strength again.
Heather also leaves us with an important reminder: “If you’ve been putting off your mammogram, consider this your sign. Make the appointment. Do your self-exams. Take care of you.” 💗
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we honor Heather — and everyone fighting, surviving, and thriving. Heather, we’re so grateful for your courage, your voice, and your presence in our OTF family. 🧡

Day 5 of Hell Week: Chains of the Coven. 🧙♀️ From the very first second, the witches had us bound. ⛓️ The Spell of Restriction held us tight — inclines stealing our speed, bands clipping our range, rows stalling us like a red light. But every break in the chains was a reminder: Freedom never felt so good.

Stronger than cancer. Stronger every day. 💕
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re celebrating Jean from OTF Altamonte Springs — a fighter, a survivor, and a true inspiration to our OTF family.
At 48, Jean was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy, chemo, and radiation. Determined not to let cancer define her, she refused to become a victim. Years later, she discovered Orangetheory and hasn’t looked back.
Now at 67, Jean works out 5-6 days a week, takes on every benchmark and challenge she can, and has crushed incredible milestones — from completing her first DriTri Sprint to winning her studio’s Transformation Challenge to finishing the Ultra 31.1 Marathon with 47.89 miles. 
"I’m not a victim to cancer — Orangetheory Fitness is my therapy every day." 🧡 Jean, your story reminds us of the power of resilience, community, and showing up for yourself — at any age, in any season of life.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
COACH SUPPORT
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.

We don't just invite you to attend a Free VIP Class - we consult with you to determine your best path to fitness. We do this by getting on the phone with you to hear about your fitness experience, goals, and schedule preferences. We talk with you so that we can recommend a class time we think you'll love. After you attend the free class, we will follow up with you to make sure your questions are answered.
