Exercise is great for depression and anxiety. We can help with a supervised program for you!
This meta-analysis of 81 existing meta-analyses finds all exercise helps but:
- Aerobic had the greatest effect for type of exercise
- Supervised or group exercise were much more effective.
So, aerobic with a social or guided component are the most effective to help depression & anxiety :)
