Lemongrass ✅ 💛

A clinical study compared the effects of massage with and without inhaling lemongrass essential oil in alleviate menopausal symptoms. The first group received a 45-minute massage (back, shoulders, neck, head, and face) with lemongrass essential oil while inhaling lemongrass essential oil as well. The other group received the same massage without inhaling lemongrass essential oil. Symptom severity was assessed prior to and one week after massage. Menopausal symptoms significantly decreased in both groups, with the massage with aromatherapy producing better, but non-statistically significant, results.

They bring you a box with all these bags that you can fill with household hard-to-recycle items that they pick up on a schedule. They even do specialty items! Like coming up for us is a jewelry recycling day, holiday lights and holiday decorations recycling! We try and provide some hard-to-recycle bin options here at the shop but Ridwell is so great for many of the things we don't have recycling options for! Check 'em out!
