Women who ate at least 7 grams of weekly (about 2-3 cloves) had a remarkable 59% reduced risk for breast according to a study out of the Middle East. Garlic gets its sharp taste and smell from specialized sulfur-containing compounds called thiosulfinates—which are also highly toxic to cancer cells. The stronger the smell, the more thiosulfinates there are. But these compounds are easily destroyed by cooking, so consuming this healthy herb will ensure the maximum intake of these beneficial compounds. Onions and leeks also contain thiosulfinates and have likewise been linked to lower breast cancer risk. Raw garlic is a healthy addition to green salads, vegetable smoothies, hummus and any pasta dish. Source: Pubmed ID 27721879

There are four Native American Indian Spirituality Laws that say nothing happens for no reason in life. When you do understand this, it's very easy to handle and you confidently look at what's happening, thankful for what was there and happy for what's going to happen.

The 1st law says:
′′The person you meet is the right one.′′
That is, no one comes into our lives by accident, all the people around us who interact with us, stand for something, either to educate us or to help us in our situation.

The 2nd law says:
′′What happens is the only thing that can happen.′′
Nothing but absolutely nothing of what happens to us could have been different. Not even the most insignificant detail. There just isn't ′′ If I had done it differently... It would have been different..." No, what happens is the only thing that can happen and needs to happen, so we can learn our lessons to get ahead. Everything, yes, every situation that happens to us in life is absolutely perfect, even when our spirit resists our ego and doesn't want to accept it.

The 3rd law says:
′′Every moment when something starts is the right time.′′
Everything starts at the right time, not sooner or later. When we are ready for something new in our life, it's already there to begin with.

The 4th law says:
′′What's over is over.′′
It's that simple. When something ends in our life, it serves our development. That's why it's better to let go and move forward, bestowed on the experiences that have now been gained.

I don't think it's a coincidence that you're reading this here. If this text meets you today, it's because you meet the conditions and understand that no rain drop anywhere in the world accidentally falls in the wrong place.
Let it go well...
Love with your whole being...
Being happy without end...
Every day is a happy, happy day.

Leonardo Urena of Napa, California’s Hudson Vineyards, grows pumpkins that rival Cinderella’s carriage in size, beets bigger than your 10-year-old’s head and gourds that stretch to over 10 feet in length. Of course, the pumpkins aren't meant to be eaten, but Leonardo can grow giant varieties that are edible, like watermelons. And it's grown ORGANICALLY. We've said this many times before, and we'll keep saying it: We don't need no stinkin' GMOs to increase yields. And guess what? GMOs increasing crop yields is a big lie anyway. Even the pro-biotech USDA admitted this in their 2014 ERR 162 GMO report, stating, “Over the first 15 years of commercial use, [genetically engineered] seeds have not been shown to increase yield potentials of the varieties. In fact, the yields of herbicide-tolerant or insect-resistant seeds may be occasionally lower than the yields of conventional varieties…” And a recent New York Times’ investigation revealed the same: GMOs do not increase yields. It’s a big lie. BOYCOTT GMOs.

🚩 A new study out of John Hopkins University, funded by the NIH was just released citing that the use of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) during pregnancy increases the risk of ADHD and Autism in children.

Researchers collected cord blood from 996 births and measured the level of Tylenol and two of the byproducts in it. By the time the babies were 8-9 years old, the babies with the highest levels of Tylenol had a:
⚠️ 2.86 times the risk of ADHD
⚠️ 3.62 times the risk of Autism

"The authors conclude that their results support earlier studies linking acetaminophen exposure in the womb with ADHD and ASD and underscore the need for additional research. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration urges careful consideration before using any pain-relieving medication during pregnancy."

Read more from the NIH announcement about the study here:
https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/nih-funded-study-suggests-acetaminophen-exposure-pregnancy-linked-higher-risk-adhd-autism

The actual study can be found here:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31664451

Things to be aware of:
Tylenol depletes glutathione which is the body’s biggest antioxidant and also depletes your sulfur stores.

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) is the "antidote" to Tylenol. NAC is used for Tylenol over-doses and may also help kids with low glutathione due to Tylenol exposure.

*This is not the first study showing a correlation between acetaminophen and Autism. TACA's private Facebook Group for parents has a file on ear infections that has more in-depth information on reasons to avoid Tylenol:

All fear results from a lack of faith—pure and simple. On a purely physical level, fear lowers your vibration and can make you far more susceptible to the viruses you fear you might catch. By contrast, a growing body of evidence shows that having faith can help you stay well and thrive. Of course, the best part is that faith doesn’t require a prescription. Here are some organic non-dairy milk swaps to try!

What is your favorite brand?

Of course, making homemade dairy-free milks from Food Babe Kitchen is the best option… but you may not have the time to soak, blend, strain, and bottle it up every few days.

When shopping for dairy-free milk follow these two tips:

1. Look for a Certified Organic version to avoid ingredients treated with synthetic pesticides. This is especially important as non-organic oats and non-organic almonds are both commonly sprayed with toxic chemicals like Roundup, which is known to cause cancer. The toxic fumigant Propylene Oxide (PPO) can be sprayed on non-organic almonds to “pasteurize” them. The National Toxicology Program rates PPO as “reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen.” Roundup and PPO are both banned on organic crops.

2. Don’t assume all organic milks are healthy. Many are filled with unnecessary sugar, natural flavors, and “gums”. So make sure you still check the ingredient list! Choose brands without added sugar, natural flavors, or carrageenan. Also try to find brands that don’t include thickeners like gellan gum, if possible.

Some better brands are MALK, Three Trees, New Barn, Whole Foods 365 Organic, Thrive Market, Simple Truth Organic, Oatsome, and Native Forest or Natural Value Coconut Milk (canned). Be careful, because these brands may have versions with added sugar and flavors, so read the label.

Tag your friends to share these swaps!
