February is American Heart Month, a time to focus on habits that protect our hearts.

For those living with diabetes, regular physical activity like walking can help lower blood sugar, improve circulation, and reduce the risk of heart disease and other diabetes-related complications.

This months 'Step to the Beat' challenge encourages everyone in the community to keep moving this month. A simple goal like 3,000 steps a day can still make a meaningful difference for your health.

Small steps can lead to big health changes. Let’s continue supporting our hearts and our community together.
