I used to think fat made you fat.

So I bought fat-free everything…
and stayed hungry all the time.

Here’s what changed:

Healthy fats keep you full.
They support hormones.
They steady blood sugar.

When I stopped fearing fat, I stopped craving sugar.

Avocado. Olive oil. Chia seeds. Salmon.
Not the enemy.
