Our policy for appointments is that if you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Even if you call and state you will be late, we still may not be able to accommodate you. If we have the flexibility in our schedule we will try our best to accommodate you, but we typically have a full schedule daily.

We will not tolerate aggressive behavior and screaming at staff or the provider. I am a small business and strive to give the best service I can, but I am not willing to subject my staff and myself to this type of behavior. You will be asked to leave and not return.

We understand that there are issues that arise and sometimes people can be late. We ask that you in turn understand that we only have so many hours in our day to see patients and we cannot always make accommodations. Be kind and respectful.
