Y’all need to make this ASAP! 😋
I tried this yesterday and it was so good and I literally couldn’t tell the difference except the finished product just isn’t as thick. 10000% making it like this all the time now.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese (I used Daisy)
- 1 12.5 oz. can of chicken (or any cooked chicken)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (I used Noble Made medium)
- 2 oz. cream cheese (I used Simple Truth Organic)
- 40 grams (about 1/3 cup) of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt ranch (I used Bolthouse)
- dash of salt, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder

DIRECTIONS:
- Use food processor or blender to blend cottage cheese until smooth.

- Add blended cottage cheese along with everything else to a small slow cooker to heat & stir to combine.

- My favs to dip: Siete tortilla chips, sliced bell peppers, or toasted naan 😋

Makes about six servings.
154 calories. 12.5g protein. 8g fat. 4g carbs.

(You could also make the fat content even lower by using 1/3 fat cream cheese and reduced fat shredded cheese!)

It’s not motivation. It’s not luck.

It’s making a plan - and actually following through.

I tell my 1:1 clients this all the time: you have to have a plan.

A meal plan.

A workout plan.

Structure.

That’s how real results happen.

I can pinky promise you this: the healthiest, fittest people you know didn’t just wake up one day and decide to “be healthy.” They got intentional. They learned about healthier foods. They started planning and prepping meals. They figured out what kind of movement to do - and how often. Many hired a trainer or nutrition coach for guidance. They adjusted their schedules, woke up earlier, and made their health a priority.

See the pattern?

The “secret” is realizing you can’t just wing it.

If you want different results, you have to do something differently.

And the best place to start is simple:
Make a plan. Then execute.

Not all products are created equal.

For example, one brand of peanut butter may not be the greatest choice due to unnecessary additives and sugar content. But another brand can actually be a healthy choice with simple + whole food ingredients like peanuts and salt.

The ingredients are what can make or break a product, so be sure to always read the ingredient label.
