Meet Trista Tucker!

Trista has been part of the family for 7 months, and she’s already made a lasting impact. When we asked her client about the care she receives, she said Trista does a wonderful job and couldn’t imagine life without her.

We asked Trista a few questions so you can get to know her better:

What aspects of being a caregiver do you find most rewarding?
The most rewarding feeling is when my client thanks me for my help. Knowing they’re happy with my work means everything to me.

What motivates you to go above and beyond?
Seeing my client happy and living her best life.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?
Spending time with my family. We love being outdoors, especially going to the beach, hiking, and fishing.

Who is a role model for you, and why?
My grandparents. They were the perfect example of love and hard work.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to be a great caregiver?
Care. Treat your clients the way you would want your own family to be treated.

Meet Tristian!

For nearly 4 years, Tristian has been a steady, compassionate presence for the clients she serves. She’s supported multiple families over that time and quickly became a favorite for a reason.

We asked her a few questions so you can get to know her a little better:

What aspects of being a caregiver do you find most rewarding?
Making a difference, no matter how big or small.

What motivates you to go above and beyond?
Knowing I’m needed and that our clients depend on us.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?
Spending time with my son and family, reading, fishing, and camping.

Who is a role model for you, and why?
My mom. She supports me and encourages me to be the best version of myself. And my son is the reason I keep pushing to do my best every day.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to be a great caregiver?
Take care of yourself first. If you’re not okay, you can’t be there for someone else. Do your best, and if you make a mistake, learn from it and keep going.
