Today, we pause to remember the lives lost 24 years ago, and honor the courage of the first responders and all who came together in the face of such tragedy. We will never forget.

Staff Spotlight: Hannah Rice

We want to recognize Hannah Rice, one of our dedicated funeral directors, for the incredible care she provides to our cremation families!

Hannah takes the time to truly listen, and many families have shared how much her support helped them during their loss. She has a special way of honoring the loved ones of our cremation families. During family conferences, she carefully notes the details that matter most. From playing meaningful music during the cremation process, and attending to personal touches like specific make-up or nail polish, to honoring veterans, her thoughtful gestures bring comfort and dignity.

Her dedication truly helps to make a meaningful moment of honor and integrity for each individual we care for. We are inspired by her care, and our families are too!

On National Grief Awareness Day, we pause to think of those who are grieving. Grief is a journey that takes time, and no one should walk it alone. Today and always, may we offer one another kindness, patience, and support.
