My visit to the Serpent Mound‼️
Mother Nature is a living, breathing, being and so is everything that dwells within her. Who knew that there are Ancients Seas below West Virginia and Peebles Ohio, where the mound resides? As I stood in the Museum reading about Ancient Myths and stories about warriors disappearing into an Ancient Sea on a Giant Sea Turtle, I said aloud, “well that’s not true, there is no sea around here or Wv.” Someone standing right beside me said, “actually you’re wrong, there is an ancient sea below Wv that after millions of years has evaporated into salt which is still mined today.”
I researched further after returning home to see if the same sea was under Peebles Ohio where the mound is and while it’s not the same sea there is also evidence of another sea which was found in the state’s bedrock and fossils. The Ancient Natives knew about the sea beneath them, without any knowledge of science, data, etc. About 2-3 miles before getting to the mound the energy of the land completely shifted and vibrated like static.
I exchanged to***co with the land and spirits of the mound, meditated, prayed and completed a ritual where I left some things that were disruptive to me and exchanged them for healing and growth. On the way to the mound, I saw a Bald Eagle and Raven flying together, a black (rough looking) cat, and a beautiful black horse pulling a buggy. I read later that many Native Tribes had the Eagle or Raven as their Sacred Symbol?! Wow! The Mound and the land all around was very vocal and communicated with a great deal of grace and ease. Almost immediately after setting down to meditate at the head of the Serpent, I started to see visions of people who were eager to chatter. My heart is so full and my Knowing stronger. If you have the opportunity to visit this Sacred Space, GO! The question I asked with my oracle cards was, what did the native people create the mound for and if you watch the video you can read what the cards said. Much love!🦅🐦⬛✨
