The 2026 tournament will once again take place at Worthington Golf Club in Parkersburg. This Heritage Classic falls on Saturday, July 25th, or Christmas in July! ☀️🎄

Santa is making plans for his annual visit to Wood County Society on December 7, 2025!

All the way from the North Pole, Santa will visit for a Sensory Sensitive experience that will allow youth to embrace the unique spirit of Christmas in a sensory-sensitive environment. Registration is required for this event. Limited spots are available to capture this moment with Santa!

📍 Wood, Jackson, Roane, Wirt, Calhoun, Ritchie, Tyler, Mason, and Pleasants Counties in West Virginia
📍 Washington, Meigs, and Athens Counties in Ohio

Our mission is to ensure that every individual and family in our region has access to valuable programming, resources, and education that promote inclusion, independence, and empowerment.

Happy Friday! Earlier this week, Wood County Society was awarded $1,500 and recognized as part of the West Virginia Central Federal Credit Union Day of Giving!

These funds will be used to support Wood County Society’s Autism Connections program, helping foster social activity, experiential learning, and life skill development. Thank you West Virginia Central Federal Credit Union for your generous support of our mission and this programming for families across the Mid-Ohio Valley!

Wood County Society is a few weeks removed from our first Cash Bingo fundraiser to support the organization’s programs and resources!

Our staff team would like to express our gratitude, thanks, and appreciation to all players, sponsors, members of the Board of Directors, and volunteers that made this day of community and competition possible. This opportunity would not have been possible without each and every one of you!
