Colonial House Senior Independent Living Non Profit Senior Independent Living Colonial House is a residence primarily serving independent seniors in the Parkersburg area. Men and/or women are welcome.

Rates are extremely reasonable and the facility and grounds are beautiful. Meals are thoughtfully prepared every day in the dining room. Residents have access to many other activities and facilities within the Colonial House as well as having the flexibility of using their own vehicle, should they choose. Colonial House is perfect for the independent senior who's longing for less home upkeep. Residents also enjoy having meals prepared for them and companionship while maintaining their own private quarters.
