****Routine Kneads Massage Therapy Update****
Wow, development is moving fast here at our new Camden Ave location and we are gearing up to be ready for building expansion as soon as possible. Did you know that Routine Kneads is coming up on a total of nine years since I offically opened my doors to my very first rented space on November 16, 2016 which was originally inside of Body Elements! Through hard work and much dedication, our growth has been non stop ever since!
When I officially started my company on June 13, 2016, I started off by only being able to offer house calls, I used this opportunity to build business connections, and define my business model. Before long, I recieved an amazing opportunity to work inside of Body Elements as my first office for Routine Kneads and started helping people right away, and I haven’t stopped growing since!
This journey has been incredible, and I’ve always worked hard to keep my rates lower than other massage businesses in the area. But the time has come for a small price update, effective November 16th, 2025. This increase isn’t about the same old line as inflation or the economy, or rising product costs, this is about properly compensating myself and my employee for the demanding physical work that we regularly provide, and the knowledge attained to properly help your aches and pains that we have developed in this extensive process.
Both Heather and I give every session our absolute best, and while the results speak for themselves, it comes at a real cost to our bodies. I personally work seven days a week, covering a wide range of appointment times from morning to late evening, while Heather works 4–5 days a week with a full schedule every day. Together, Heather and I help well over 200 clients every single month!
In order to keep up with all the consistenly new clientele we are developing at this new location. We have agreed to move to a flat rate of $70 for a 60 minute session starting November 16th, 2025. This means Therapeutic, Swedish, and Sports Massage sessions will raise from $60 to $70 per hour. Our Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Synergy Hot Stones, and Reflexology sessions will remain at $70 per hour, however as a bonus due to popularity and how effective it is.
We like to keep things simple and affordable, so now all of our services will offer the same price structure. No confusing menus or complicated pricing, just effective massage therapy with real results.
Even with this small adjustment, Routine Kneads Massage Therapy will still remain one of the most affordable options in the area, and in our opinion, the one that delivers the most consistent and lasting results. Our reviews and loyal clientele speak volumes about that!
This change will also help fund the next stage of development at our new building. As many of you know, I’ve been working nonstop to expand on our newly purchased location. My goal is to lay the groundwork for construction by next summer to increase my building size, which will allow me to bring on additional massage therapists and introduce new services in the future.
