As we all dig out from the snowstorm this weekend, remember to BE SAFE!! ☃️

Shoveling snow can create the “perfect storm" of risks: cold + exertion = heart strain, plus common injuries like back pain and falls. ⛄️

Remember to push snow when possible, take frequent rest breaks, and listen to your body! ☃️
