Attention Patients:
Our office will be reopening on May 11th. Restrictions will be in place to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. Please read this message in its entirety so that you know what you can expect when returning to the office for your appointment.
All patients will be required to wear a mask, scarf, or bandana when entering the office (something that covers your nose and mouth). If you do not comply with this requirement, your appointment will be changed to a telemedicine phone or video visit.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms or any flu-like symptoms, please call our office before your appointment. We will assess your situation and send you for the appropriate testing as needed.
Visitors/family members will be asked to remain in their vehicle during the appointment. Exceptions will be made based on individual circumstances. For example, one parent may accompany a child. Exceptions must be approved before the appointment. If an exception is not granted, the patient can use their cell phone to include their loved one in the visit.
Our lobby has been rearranged to allow for social distancing. When you enter the building, please pay attention to the tape on the floor which shows you where to stand if waiting to check in. If the lobby is at capacity or if your provider is running behind, you may be asked to wait in your car until an exam room is ready for you.
We will be taking precautions to make sure we are disinfecting exam rooms and the waiting area in between patients. Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use while you are in our office.
Our staff will be wearing masks. Those in direct contact with you will also be wearing a face shield or goggles.
At the end of your visit, there is no need to stop at check-out. We will call you after your visit to make your follow-up appointment.
Telemedicine phone visits or video visits through MyWVUChart are still available if you are not comfortable coming to the office to be seen. If you do not have a MyWVUChart account, log onto wvumedicine.org/camden-clark to sign up.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time! We look forward to seeing you soon!
