Our Facility
The Camden Clark Health and Wellness Center is the ONLY MEDICALLY BASED FITNESS FACILITY in the Mid Ohio Valley. Although Medical Fitness is a fairly new concept in the world of fitness, as of 2022 it is the fastest growing fitness trend in the United States. TO MAINTAIN HEALTH & WELLNESS AT THE GYM

Wash your hands:
Clean your hands before and after your workout to prevent spreading germs.

Wipe down equipment:
Use disinfectant spray to clean machines and weights before and after you use them. Make sure that the disinfectant has enough contact time to be effective.

Use a towel:
Bring a towel for floor exercises, sauna and steam room.
