Meet the team (caricature style) 🎨🦻

We’re having a little fun showcasing some of our unique services and the incredible providers behind them with these trending ChatGPT caricatures! Drs. Michael & Carlee Squires may have to spend the weekend schooling AI in audiology — because sorry, we (and no other provider) don’t offer a jar of “Tinnitus Relief” 😂 (and you also won’t find an eye chart in our offices!).

Dr. Brianna Brown is our expert vestibular audiologist who will do everything in her power to help you find answers for dizziness and vertigo. Dr. Ann Casto Knowlton is a favorite among our pediatric patients, while our newest team member, Dr. Rachel Worcester, is expanding access to hearing care through telehealth.

This was all in good fun... and a great way to highlight how each of our doctors brings specialized care to help West Virginians hear and live better.

📞 Ready to take the next step in your hearing or balance journey? Be sure to consult a real Doctor of Audiology (not ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or any other AI) for the best results!

Our Story

Audiology Services of West Virginia, LLC was established in 2014 as a full service hearing clinic that quickly expanded to include balance services as well. Our motto is “Better Hearing, Better Living” and we believe that one’s ability to communicate with friends and loved ones determines the quality of life for that individual. Our goal is to give our patients their life back.

Our providers specializing in hearing and balance healthcare in the Mid-Ohio Valley. We work with all major manufacturers of hearing aids, cochlear implants, bone-anchored implants, and hearables. We also complete in-house modification of custom hearing products and help design custom hearing protection.

Our balance services include the monitoring of the visuo-occular reflex in response to head-impulse movement as well as assessment of the central and peripheral balance systems. Lastly, we have a niche specialty in the monitoring and assessment of electrophysiological waveforms (brainstem response and muscle potentials) as they relate to hearing and balance.
