There's nothing better on a cold winter day than a big Ole helping of "comfort food" ... and that's what we had today at Cedar Grove. An open- faced roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies and chocolate creme pie for dessert! YUUUMMM!! YUM!!😋 And with a word puzzle, kickball, Bingo, Church Service and snacks with Terry, Jerry and Ken.... it was a full day with something for everyone!

Another busy day at Cedar Grove with a word puzzle, Resident Council meeting and Bingo... plus lots of family visits, and friends hanging out, or playing cards.

Blistering cold outside... warm and cozy inside Cedar Grove! We had manicures, a word game, Kickball, and Happy Hour. (And a "cookie cake" to end the National Activity Professionals Week recognition. Yum! )

Our folks have been keeping warm and busy this week. Yesterday they laughed with Mad Libs, competed with each other at Bingo, and got refreshed with Church and snacks with Terry. Today they had a morning stretch, and worked their brains with "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader" and this afternoon they relaxed and enjoyed a movie matinee ("Lake Placid") with delicious popcorn... we'd like to think it's been a well-rounded and enjoyable couple of days!

Brenda - activity assistant. This lady is one hard worker! Never complains , goes over and above to make sure the job is done .

What a fun day! Our folks got to do some things that they hadn't done in a hot minute... they got to visit with a beautiful, friendly dog from the Parkersburg Humane Society, we had a Men's Luncheon and we enjoyed a movie matinee with popcorn! Everyone had such a good day!
