A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides 1:1 individual and/or 1:2-5 group behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families. Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed the Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma
2. Pass Criminal Background Check
3. Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential.
4. One (1) year experience working with individuals with special needs, preferred.
5. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Autism & Behavioral Consultants, Inc.

REQUIREMENTS/TRAININGS:
1. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
2. Maintains current CPR/First Aid certification.
3. Completes a BACB approved RBT course and keeps registration to the BACB current.
4. Acquires a passing TB test
5. Completes training in confidentiality, mandated reporting, ethics, and HIPAA, provided by the company.
