A letter from Einstein to his daughter ...

At the end of the 1980s, the daughter of the famous genius, Lieserl, donated 1,400 letters written by Einstein to the Hebrew University, with the assignment not to publish their contents until two decades after his death. This is one of them...
..When I had presented the theory of relativity, only a few understood me, and what I will now reveal in order to convey to humanity will also clash with the misunderstandings and prejudices in the world. I ask you to keep the letters as necessary, for years, for decades to guard, until the society has advanced far enough to accept what I will explain below. There is an extraordinarily powerful force that science has so far found no formal explanation for. It is a force that encompasses and concerns all others, and even behind every phenomenon working in the universe and not yet identified by us.

This universal power is LOVE. When scientists searched for a unified theory of the universe, they forgot the most powerful invisible force. Love is Light, which illuminates those who give and receive. Love is gravity because it makes some people feel attracted to others. Love is power, because it multiplies the best that we have, and allows mankind not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals. Because for Love we live and die. Love is the Divine and The Divine is Love.

This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, perhaps because we are afraid of Love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to submit to.

To give visibility to Love, I made a simple comparison in my most famous formula.

If, instead of E = mc2, we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained by love multiplied by the speed of light in the square, we come to the conclusion that love is the strongest force, because it has no limits. After the failure of humanity in the use and control of other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is imperative that we feed ourselves with a different kind of energy ...

If we want our species to survive, if we want to find the meaning of life, if we want to save the world and every living thing that inhabits it, love is the only answer. Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to completely destroy the hatred, selfishness, and greed that is destroying the planet.

However, each individual carries within himself a small but powerful generator of love whose energy is waiting to be released.

When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have confirmed that love overcomes everything, and is capable of transcending anything and everything, for love is the essence of life.

I deeply regret that I have not been able to express what is in my heart, which has been silent for all of you, my whole life. Maybe it's too late to apologize, but because time is relative, I have to tell you that I love you and thanks to you I have been able to reach the ultimate answer!

The Story about a Horse...
A farmer in India had a very fine horse, but the horse ran away. The farmer's neighbor came to express his sympathy at the farmer's great loss. The old farmer's comment was, "Who knows what is bad and what is good?"

The next day the horse came back bringing a herd of wild horses with him. The neighbor immediately came over to express his joy at the farmer's good fortune. The old farmer again said, "Who knows what is bad and what is good?"

The next day the farmer's son, while trying to ride one of the wild horses, was thrown off and broke a leg. His neighbor came to offer his sympathy. The old farmer once again said only' "Who knows what is bad and what is good?"

The next day the army came to the farm looking for recruits. They could not take the farmer's son because of his broken leg. The neighbor came over to congratulate the old farmer on his good luck that his son would still be with him. But all the old farmer could say was "Who knows what is bad and what is good?"

There is a profound truth illustrated in this story. We really do not know in our conscious minds what is bad and what is good for ourselves -- let alone for others or the world.
This shocking realization flies in the face of our egos. We don't like to think that we don't know what is good or bad for us.

Yet so often, what we think will be good for us seemingly turns out otherwise and what we consider bad eventually proves to be a necessary step in our growth.

So, it is with this understanding that we ask that you look inward before you decide whether anything is good or bad for you; and there you will find the answer...

It is with trepidation that we bring this card to you today. It is well intentioned and it is going to be a wonderful time in your life when you take the advice that is presented on the front of this card. Be your own lifesaver and get going with that which needs to be done to go through the door of life and prosper. Be kind with yourself and do what you need to, to have a fulfilling career and a wonderful time filled with joy and laughter.

Be in control of your own destiny and do not let others stand in your way. Are you a good farmer?
There was a farmer who grew excellent quality corn. Every year he won the award for the best grown corn. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors. “How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?” the reporter asked.

“Why sir,” said the farmer, “Didn’t you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbors grow inferior corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn.”

So is with our lives... Those who want to live meaningfully and well must help enrich the lives of others, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all...
-Call it power of collectivity...
-Call it a principle of success...
-Call it a law of life.
The fact is, none of us truly wins, until we all win!!
