Shout out to all nurses, and especially the in-home nurses we have the privilege of working alongside every day.

You are often the calm voice, the extra set of eyes, the advocate, and the support system patients and families rely on in some of their most vulnerable moments.

Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and difference you make in the lives of those you care for every single day.

Happy Nurses Week 💙

Meet Robinson 👋

Originally from Haiti and raised right here in South Florida, Robinson has deep roots in the community he serves. His family moved here when he was just 6 months old, and he grew up in Deerfield Beach alongside his four sisters as the only son in a close-knit household.

Being Haitian, Robinson is fluent in both Creole and English, allowing him to connect with and support a diverse range of patients and families.

He attended Deerfield Beach High School, completed his prerequisites at Palm Beach State College and went on to earn his degree in Physical Therapy from South University. For the past 8 years, he has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant, primarily in home health, where he provides personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We’ve been lucky to have Robinson on our team for the past 3 years!

His passion for physical therapy started early. At just 9 or 10 years old, Robinson helped his aunt recover after a stroke. Because she primarily spoke Creole, he assisted with her exercises and read through her home exercise programs. That experience left a lasting impact and sparked a passion for helping others regain their strength, independence, and confidence.

Today, Robinson brings that same dedication to every patient he works with. He values making people feel comfortable, supported, and treated like family while helping them improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, Robinson enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. Whether it’s playing basketball, football, weightlifting, shooting pool, traveling, or spending time with his wife, Marsha, and their two children, 6-year-old Harmoni and 1-year-old Hendrix, he’s always on the move.

We’re proud to have Robinson on our team and look forward to sharing more about his work with you!

She also wrote a book, called "Oh Crap! It's Parkinson's: A Rebel's Guide to Taking Back Control of Your Life", which is a must read to navigate the shock, fear, and uncertainty that follow diagnosis—and for finding a way forward that is rooted in strength, not surrender.

Meet Anthony (Tony), a physical therapist and adjunct professor whose journey started as a patient.⭐

At 17, he suffered a serious back injury while playing street football that led to years of severe pain from multiple herniated discs - and eventually, emergency back surgery.

“Experiencing it firsthand made me realize how much of a difference the right therapist can make in someone’s life.”

Tony graduated from the PTA program at Broward College in 2014 and has spent the past eight years teaching there as an adjunct professor. He absolutely loves it and considers it one of his greatest accomplishments.

During his time studying and working at Broward College, Tony developed the ability to find solutions without panic - and when answers aren’t immediately clear, he isn’t afraid to dig deeper, do the research, or collaborate with others. He credits his mentors for shaping this mindset.

Growing up in a military family, Tony lived in both New Mexico and Florida while his father served 20 years in the Air Force. His parents met in Spain, and thanks to his mom speaking Spanish with him growing up, he is mostly bilingual.

Tony approaches every patient like a detective , working to find the root cause and the best solution for each individual.

Outside of work, he enjoys DJing music, trying new restaurants, gaming, and spending time outdoors.

We love having Tony on the team and can’t wait to share more about him and the patients he’s helping.
