Evil Bone Water (Zheng Xie Gu Shui) is one of my favorite external remedies, rooted in a 500+ year old tradition of Chinese herbal medicine.

Its name reflects its action- correcting injury and clearing stagnation; whether from physical trauma, over use, or environmental factors like wind, cold, and damp.

This potent formula contains herbs with anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, and pain-relieving properties. It’s even safe for pets when used appropriately! 🐾

🍃Apply 2-3x / day using spray, cotton, compress, or soak depending on the condition.
⚠️For external use only. Avoid open wounds, eyes, and mucous membranes

✨I always keep this product stocked- DM me to grab a bottle!✨

📍Ear acupuncture points like Shen Men (Spirit Gate) and Point Zero can create powerful shifts with just a few tiny needles—just look at the visible change in this person’s ear!

🔆 Shen Men helps calm the nervous system. It’s especially supportive for stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional overwhelm, and even physical pain or inflammation. Ideal when someone needs to ground, breathe, and feel more at ease.

🌐 Point Zero helps restore the body’s natural rhythm. It supports overall balance—physically and emotionally—by regulating digestion, hormones, energy, and the stress response.

What you’re seeing here is the body responding—letting go of stress and finding its way back to a more regulated, resilient state. 🧘‍♀️✨

The NADA protocol is a simple yet powerful ear acupuncture technique involving 5 specific points on each ear.

🌀 Where is it used?
Originally developed for addiction recovery in detox facilities, it’s now used worldwide in a variety of settings including health care clinics, community centers, hospitals, disaster relief, and military settings. It is often used adjunctively alongside counseling or other medical treatments.

🌿 Why use it?
This protocol helps reduce cravings, calm the nervous system, improve sleep, ease anxiety, and support emotional regulation. It’s most commonly used for ni****ne, alcohol, and opioid withdrawal—but can also help with cannabis, caffeine, sugar, and emotional patterns like stress eating or compulsive behavior. By regulating the nervous system and decreasing internal stress, it can also indirectly reduce physical pain and tension in the body.

A gentle and deeply grounding tool for healing and resilience. 💛

We gather information through observation every day—like noticing the way someone’s shoulders tense up when stressed, or how their voice changes when they’re tired.

In Chinese medicine, we pay close attention to things that often get overlooked—how someone walks, where they carry tension, the markings on their skin, the jewelry they wear.

These details aren’t just aesthetic. They offer clues about how a person lives, where energy may be stuck, and how their story shows up in the body.

We’re trained to listen with more than our ears—with our eyes, our senses, and our presence. 💜

While the WHO and NIH recognize acupuncture for its effectiveness in treating a wide range of diseases and symptoms, it addresses much more than symptom management.

According to the ancient classics, true medicine works on three levels: treating illness, preventing it, and ultimately nourishing the spirit and guiding one’s destiny. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as a whole supports all of these- supporting not only physical health, but also personal growth, spiritual development, and long-term wellness.

I put this sign on the fridge for my grandmother who broke her shoulder a few weeks ago 🥺😫

We laugh as she repeats it and makes songs out of it. Finding ways to make light of a difficult situation in and of itself stimulates the healing process on some level…. 🥲

I started her on weekly acupuncture, daily dousing of , arnica, and this formula by . It’s a trauma remedy that not only resolves inflammation/ swelling / pain from injuries; it also stimulates the mineralization and uptake of bone, helping the bone matrix itself knit back together.

I expect her to make a very successful recovery in the next several weeks💜

💡 Most people never think about their tongue—unless they bite it. But your tongue is a powerful muscle that affects your breathing, digestion, posture, sleep, and even facial tone.

In Chinese medicine, the tongue plays a vital role in connecting two of our main energy channels: the Ren & Du. When your tongue rests in the right place, it helps complete a circuit of energy called the Microcosmic Orbit—supporting balance in body and mind. This has been used for centuries during meditation, qi gong, and martial arts practices.

Together these points can address physical pain and tension, emotional overwhelm/feelings of imbalance, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, skin/circulatory/respiratory issues and more.

The redness around the needles is showing an immune response that is increasing circulation of blood, oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, clearing physical and emotional stagnation, and supporting the body’s healing process.

These acupuncture needles were kept in for about 40 minutes which gave the body time to integrate the treatment, as you can physically see in the before and after photos
