As the days get shorter, the colored leaves brighten our lives, and the air gets dryer. This is the season of dry: dry skin, dry eyes, dry lungs, etc. It is a season of busy: preparing for the holidays, getting kids through all their activities, on and on. This is the beginning of cold and flu season.
