⭐️MEET & GREET OUR STAFF!⭐️
⭐️Meet Technicians Sara & Ellen⭐️

These two have been best friends for 18 years after first meeting while attending college at CCBC. Their friendship has stood the test of time both inside and outside of the clinic!

Outside of work, they’re both huge dog lovers 🐾. Sara has a Beagle/Jack Russell mix and a Black Lab at home, while Ellen has a Boxer/Collie mix keeping her busy.

When they’re not at work, you might find them traveling or planning their next trip to Disney ✨🏰 — they’re both big Disney fans!

They also give back to their community as Girl Scout troop leaders, a role they’ve shared for the past 11 years helping mentor and support the next generation of girls.

We’re lucky to have their friendship, teamwork, and dedication as part of our clinic family!

Drop a 👋 in the comments to say hi to Sara and Ellen!

March is recognized as Brain Injury Awareness Month 💚🧠

Conditions like cerebral palsy (CP) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) can affect movement, balance, coordination, strength, and daily function — but with the right support, individuals of all ages can make meaningful progress.

At our clinic, we’re proud to help patients improve mobility, build independence, and reach their personal goals through individualized physical therapy.

This month, we celebrate the strength and resilience of those living with CP,TBIs, and other developmental conditions, their families, and the healthcare professionals who support them every step of the way.

If you or a loved one have questions about how physical therapy may help, we are here to help guide you. 💚

We congratulate Noah, owner of Gulp Fitness, who has been officially recognized as a top three of 2025 Baltimore County Award winner in the personal training category. This is an honor based on verified data from Google Reviews and as analyzed and certified by Business Rate.
This honor was earned not by application or nomination, but by the authentic feedback of his own customers. It's great to see one of our own work hard and strive to achieve excellence.

🏆 Winning Wednesday 🏆

Joan was officially discharged after successfully completing physical therapy for right knee pain following a recent fall.

We’re so proud of the hard work it took to get here! 👏

If you’ve experienced a fall or are dealing with knee pain that just isn’t improving, don’t wait for it to “work itself out.” The right plan can make all the difference.

Good morning everyone! We will be opening the clinic at 9:30 AM. The main roads all appear to be wet. Be careful and use good body mechanics in cleaning your car and shoveling your walk. Stay tuned if we have to make any changes to our schedule. Thanks and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

Ahoy there, me charming and questionably trustworthy friends… good mornin’ to ye!
It would appear that today be Pirate Day, fortunate for you, as you are hereby invited (strongly encouraged, really) to join us in the festivities.
There’ll be fun, a bit o’ mischief, and likely decisions we’ll regret only slightly.
Look forward to all that awaits… and do try to have a spectacular day, savvy?
