Hello and Peace to you!!!
It's been a while since I have written anything. So much has happened since I last posted. The Pandemic which brought on isolation, mental anxiety, etc. I could go on but those that are reading this knows what went on. Good thing for me was no traffic and not WORK!!!!! Hallelujah!!!! One thing I wished I had have done was save more money. But that's neither here nor there.
One of the biggest issue that is still plaguing us and that is health. Of course mental health has really come to the forefront. Even more of the children and their mental state and not being to interact with their peers on a daily basis. I'm not going to go into stats but it's up there. In reality, it has always been a problem but we get it in the closet and try to deal with it on our own. But kudos to the parents that are addressing this issue not just with meds but actually having their child(ren) into therapy. And if I m ay add to this, it's alright for the person to seek therapy themselves.
Now that I am back, I will be posting the main concern I have and that's eating not only for a healthy body but for a healthy brain. As we get older, we need to make sure that we are definitely make sure our brain is fed on a daily basis correctly.
I hope that this page will help you in getting back and/or staying on track with healthy eating habits. And if you did increase your weight during the Pandemic, don't go on any diets. They don't work for the long haul. You can ask me questions regarding your health and eating habits, exercise, etc. I'm here for you.
