As 2025 came to a close... I was curious about my stats for teaching ....

I taught:
325 private sessions
385 classes

Taught at 4 different retreats

Celebrated 15 years of being a yoga instructor and logged countless hours of study and class planning!!

Here's to 2026 and watching those numbers grow!
