The Twin flame is an extreme experience that you've ever felt before. The spiritual bond is very powerful, it feels magical and for a while no one else will matter in your life.

This can also have the same effect with your Soulmate. The Twin flame energy is a special magnetic that makes it impossible to resist. They can tap into the deepest part of your soul into a 5D level.

This can be a little scary when you only know this person for a short time or barely know them at all. That someone can actually tune into the inner essence of your spirit.

There is a powerful strength of energy with twin flames. It can stir up all types of emotions. Many times not positive ones.

When there is karmic past life energy that needs to be corrected, This can create emotional issues that need to be cleared before they can unite in harmony.

These issues can be severe. When one is not aware or awake to see what they need to do, in order to clear these blockages in their life to move forward.

They will try to run from the heart of the matter, by creating a conflict. This is referred to as the runner and chaser phase.

Runners and Chaser roles can also be reversed, This can go on for many years, creating anxiety and negativity. It will feel like an endless cycle.

It’s a tradition to bring luck into your home, many people eat pork and black eyed peas and any type of greens on New Year’s Day in order to bring good fortune (if you're vegan you can skip the pork).

Many eat fermented foods like sauerkraut kimchi to get rich. Either red or green cabbage is a very lucky vegetable.

Also eating different greens such as mustard or collard greens, spinach or kale to promote finances.
Another food that brings the energy of wealth is cornbread and muffins.

In Spain 12 grapes or raisins are eaten on December 31 at 12am, each grape or raisin will be symbolized every month in 2026.

Many different cultures around the world believe that anything in the shape of a ring is good luck, this is completing a positive new year cycle. I grew up eating sliced oranges on New Year’s Day to bring in positive energy.

Many Italians eat a dish called cotechino con lenticchie made with pork sausage over lentils. The presence of fatty pork sausage and lentils is a symbol of abundance because it’s so rich in fat. Lentils symbolize money .

House Cleaning
Whatever you do on this New year’s day influences the rest of the year. Washing or scrubbing will bring a year of hard labor
work. Do it on New year’s Eve or wait until January 2.

Opening your door and window at midnight to let 2015 out and welcome 2026. Bringing in the fresh positive New Year.

Try not to allow feelings of sadness or any type of crying on the new year, this needs to be avoided. You have to try to feel happy, and do whatever it takes. Staying positive on New Year’s day. When you feel sad, angry or cry on New Years you will feel sad all through the year.

Getting rid of anything you don’t use or that’s not useful. Clearing your space of any type of stagnant energy will create new room for positive energy with love and romance to enter your life.

Sage Cleansing
After you're finished with cleaning and organizing, you can remove negative energy from the home and prepare for positive energy to come through (this can be anytime in January). Start with burning white sage, using a pinch of salt in the corners of every room and also cleanse with white vinegar (I mix in a spray bottle with water) on counter tops, tables, bathrooms, kitchens floors, etc.

Set a 2026 Intention and resolution plan.
The first sentence that you say at midnight prepares the energy spiritually for 2026. At 12:00 am.

Make a resolution and stick to it, if it’s to set fitness and health goals to lose weight or get back into shape in order look and feel wonderful, this is a positive step and affirms your setting up for 2026. Just to try to make this list before the end of Jan.

Write down a list with positive affirmations for 2026 and say it at 12am, first thanking God for your blessings and for good health, happiness, prosperity, abundance and peace ahead for you in 2026. Also the first person you talk to on the phone, or in person is important too.

Thanksgiving at our house was always an amazing experience!
Thanksgiving morning ExperienceI still think of that smell of mom’s turkey, pumpkin pie and must not forget our traditional stuffed cabbage was amazing.Thanksgiving has and still is treasured and the most celebrated holiday in my family.
Our Thanksgiving dinner table was my dad talking about how we all need to be thankful and grateful for our blessings. We always valued the energy for Thanksgiving.
Mom and dad wanted us to understand the true meaning and not to look at the presence or the commercialized energy of the holidays. But giving thanks 365 days a year.
So growing up, we all knew that the holidays are the time to be grateful and to focus on the love in our hearts.
Many of us, we are all taught this way, so as time goes on, the commercialized side of things comes through and we all start to see other things as being more important.Black Friday holiday shopping can get caught up with the stress.
Who can get the better deal on a 4K or all LED TV, laptops, iPhones, toys and many other things that we see and want for our family?
Actually back in the 70s and 80s, Black Friday did not exist. So things were So different.
As the Retail and online competition grew, we now see stores open on Thanksgiving day. This really takes everyone away from the dinner table and racing to a superstore to grab something on sale. It is very sad.this is the time we all need to spend with our families and loved ones.
So we now take the whole family for a good after Thanksgiving dinner walk at the mall! That’s actually better for their health and yours as well.Holiday stress:
This is when it all starts. It is the time for teaching our families, the same as we were taught.
This is Universal in every country and starts bringing gratitude back into our homes. Remembering the holiday even if you don’t celebrate in your country, it’s a good time to express gratitude and be thankful.
Getting caught up with the seasonal energy is easy, but you can have memorable moments, filled with love and joy, sharing everything with gratitude.
Thanksgiving time starts traditions and makes them memorable for generations to come.
This is a good time to start volunteering for work and helping those who are in need this Thanksgiving.Expressing gratitude:
Sharing gratitude with others will help you focus on positivity and love.
Pushing away anything negative and not thinking about anything that has happened. Fitness is one of the things that I practice on a daily basis. Keeping myself moving is important to staying not only young but being healthy. Circulation and moving are important as we get older and it’s easy to get lazy during this time of the year, so maybe after dinner, a walk with the family is not a bad idea! Or plan for a family outing like going on a nature hike.Being healthy is my priority, eating as clean as possible, staying away from fast foods, however I do love Chick-fil-A and Chipotle (North American chain restaurants). This is all part of the mind-body and spirit, keeping these things intact, celebrating you and finding the love in your heart!
