Cycle 2 of our 300hr YTT! These amazing humans I currently holding Space and continuing to deepen their practice as yoga students and yoga teachers. They have spent the last year diving deep into Yoga philosophy and how to actively integrate that into our modern day living.

🌟 Wrapping up another enriching weekend of our 300-hour yoga teacher training focused on the evolution of yoga!
We explored the Yoga Exhibit at the art museum, deepening our understanding of this beautiful practice. This weekend also included two rejuvenating classes: an all-levels gentle awakening practice and a heated power flow. Feeling energized as we moved prana through our bodies! 💫
