Neptune Cleveland Service Manager Aimee Norman visited the Highland Heights Fire Department to express our gratitude for honoring a family’s timely request to attend the memorial of their loved one.
“It was on Friday evening,” said Aimee. “The chief stepped in and had a crew present for the service the following day! We thanked the crew who attended the service with lunch and swag. We sincerely thank the first responders at Highland Fire Department for all you do!”

🌏 The view from above, during that tragic moment frozen in time.

🕯 On this solemn day, we pause to honor the memory of all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and to stand with the families, friends, and communities forever changed by that tragedy.

At Celestis, we are reminded of the resilience of the human spirit... of our shared capacity for remembrance, unity, and hope.

🌇 May we never forget.

Neptune Cleveland Service Manager Aimee Norman (third from left) brought doughnuts, coffee and swag to our friends at Lifebanc, where they have provided thoughtful, dignified care to our families. The LifeBanc folks coordinate tissue, eye, and organ donations and transplants in the Northeast Ohio area.
In addition to supporting the families they serve, they also provide grief support through counseling, education to the public on the benefits of donations and transplants, and organ donor registration.
“I also learned they host a 'Gift of Life' walk every year to honor the lives given and received,” Aimee said. “COO Micah Davis graciously took time out of his day to provide a tour of their state-of-the-art facility. Learning how many lives were saved through LifeBanc and the impact they have on our community is truly a blessing!”

The Neptune Cleveland team knows that when you've lost someone, you need extra comfort. Last year, they adopted a puppy mascot and named him Neptune.
Today they celebrated Neptune’s first birthday with a puppy party, inviting Cocoa, Neptune’s sister, and Loki, Office Coordinator Kirstie Treft’s pup.
“Neptune has become quite the mascot at the Cleveland location,” said Sales Manager Shannon Campo. “He's attended several community events where he brings kisses and joy to everyone. We have pictures of Neptune throughout the office, and many of our visiting families ask if they can meet him or have him present during the grieving process. He’s developed a very compassionate side, and seems to know when someone needs an extra hug.”
Happy birthday, Neptune!
