Make it easy for them – keep the toothbrush, toothpaste and floss within reach. Set a reminder on their phones or keep a chart for younger brushers.

Did you know that mouthwash expires? Check your bottle for an expiration date and if it’s past due, it’s a good idea to toss it. If your bottle doesn’t have a date, it usually has a shelf life of 2 years. But keep an eye on it for changes in appearance, smell or texture.
