✨ Last night, I led my very first public healing session—Lunar Lullaby.
Under the energy of the full moon, a group of beautiful souls gathered to rest, release, and receive through sound, stillness, and breath. No flashy production. Just bowls, intention, and presence.

This wasn’t just a session—it was a milestone.
A turning point from vision to reality. From "maybe one day" to this is actually happening.

I created What the Heal?! to hold space for real people to reconnect with their energy, their bodies, and their power—without the pressure or perfectionism so often attached to healing.

Leading this session reminded me why I do this:

To offer softness in a world that demands hardness

To create access to deep rest

To remind people that healing can be joyful, gentle, and sacred

One breath, one bowl, one moment at a time… we move from stuck to soul-lit.

I’m proud. I’m grateful. I’m just getting started.
