Our wonderful volunteer, David, performs Sound Bowl Meditations in Assisted Living and Nursing Home facilities for our patients, and their residents and staff. His mission to bring peace, emotional and physical healing, and positive transformational energy has been a true gift to Suncrest Hospice! What a wonderful volunteer meet-up we had at our office today! Delicious food, great people, deep discussions, education on Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and sharing creative activities that volunteers can do with their patients to foster connection and provide support. A beautiful time spent with beautiful souls. We love our volunteers! ❤️

My volunteer family…what a collection of beautiful souls you are! I could never properly thank you enough for all you do for our patients. Your selfless acts of time, talent, compassion, support and grace show all of us what it truly is to be committed and caring to those on their end-of-life journey.

Without you, we are not Suncrest. Because of you, we are a whole and complete team, working together for the benefit of our patients. We learn by your example. And for that, I am forever grateful.

Dear Suncrest Parsippany office family,

I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you. Being a Hospice worker has always felt like the least appreciated field. You work tirelessly - not just physically, but mentally. We do not always say it enough, but thank you. Thank you for driving for what feels like hours some days, staying late, starting early, charting for days....being understanding with changes and putting effort in to your positions. Your work is just as important as you are. Everyone adds value to our team and we could not be successful if it wasn't for all of you. All of us in the office, staffing, liaisons, nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, music therapists, massage therapists, volunteers, physicians...together, we make a difference.
